  7. In the next step, select the bank for the payment of the registration fee from the list (Registration fee is non-refundable)

What If I Forgot my Password?

If you forgot your password, simply click on Forgotten Password. After this, you will be redirected to a page where you have to submit your PAN & PAN card holder’s first name. After submitting these terms, you will receive an OTP on your registered number. Submit you OTP. After verification, you can a new password.

 

Cancellation of Ticket & Refund

  1. First of all, login to the official site by providing your username and password or click here
  2. Go to “My Transaction” and then “Booked Ticket History”
  3. You will find “Cancel Ticket” option there. Click on it.
  4. At the same page, you can see the status of the eWallet refund.
